You *could* purchase something called "cover-roll stretch" tape. You can first apply this over your foot, and then apply the athletic tape. Another way is to wrap your foot with "Pro-wrap" and then apply the tape... but in order for the pro-wrap to stick to your skin you have to buy a can of "Tuffner" which is a spray you put on your feet prior to applying the pro wrap. It makes it so that you can then apply the athletic tape. Hope you understand. Let me know if you need any other help.

what can you use if you have a problem with the glue on that tape? Plastic tape and the really light tape dosen't seem to stay as well, but I blister from the cloth tape. Any suggestions? |
