These things really do work. I have started using them again and my lower legs and feet etc. all feel better. One thing she does not show you is to go tip toe raising yourself UP and DOWN and again several times at various positions on the Foot Wakers. THAT makes a difference in really getting rid of the pain in your lower legs and to stretch.
